Find your tracking link
When your parcel leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking number and a link. Search your inbox for "KYVÉRE" — and check your spam and promotions folders, since shipping notifications often land there.
Before you worry
- Tracking can take up to a couple of days to show its first scan after you get the email. That's normal.
- Quiet stretches mid-transit are also normal — parcels aren't scanned at every step.
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, then delivered in 5–8 business days.
